Jenny Poon
Founder
Jenny is the founder of the Arizona Coworking Alliance and is the Owner/Founder of Co+Hoots, Phoenix’s first coworking space and small business incubator that currently houses 250+ entrepreneurs. Jenny was named Phoenix Business Journal’s 2016 Phoenix Businessperson of the Year and works to build strong communities across the US.
Darby Mahon
EZ Spaces
Darby is the President of the Arizona Coworking Alliance and is the COO at EZ Spaces Coworking in Gilbert, a family owned and operated Coworking space founded by her husband John in 2012. EZ Spaces was the first Coworking space created in the East Valley. Darby is an Arizona Native and a former Professional Social Worker serving the State of Arizona with over a decade of experience in foster care. As a leader at EZ Spaces, she believes strongly that Coworking creates a positive and healthy environment for business owners, teams, developers, and remote workers.
Philip Cohen
Workuity
Philip is the Senior VP of Operations for Workuity, Phoenix’s premier coworking venue. With two locations Workuity offers 5-star service and amenities to over 300 members across the Valley. Philip has a long history in the Hospitality Industry managing Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants as well as Consulting. After several years as an Entrepreneur, Philip sold his business and began working in the coworking space; where his background in hotels and as an entrepreneur give him a unique perspective into the industry.

Co+Hoots
Jaime is the Managing Director at CO+HOOTS. Expert in cultivating meaningful connections, amplifying diverse voices, and nurturing a culture of value and inclusion. Dedicated to ensuring smooth operations with strong organizational skills. Skilled in public speaking and inspiring team enthusiasm and engagement for innovative projects. Passionate about driving positive change in the community. Entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to empowering others to succeed.
Ryan Edson

Ryan is the General Manager at The Department.
